Communications and External Affairs
The Communications and External Affairs Division serves multiple functions. The division develops, coordinates, and executes an extensive proactive program of media relations and public communications that support enrollment. It provides strategic representation to federal and state government relations, tribal relations and stakeholder support and engagement. It is also responsible for the ongoing public information and public relations functions to support and advance Covered California’s mission and goals.
